Megan also traveled to the Nambale Magnet School on an internship to student teach in 2019. She serves on the Cornerstone Project's Board as well as serving as a liaison partner to Kappa Delta Pi and the Nambale Magnet School.
Her passion for teaching and for children with special needs makes her a vital resource to the Cornerstone Project and the Nambale Magnet School

Founded in 2008, the foundation is a primary benefactor the Nambale Magnet School in Western Kenya which provides education, shelter, and support for AIDS orphans and other vulnerable children.
